EuroScience Journal of Technological Innovation (ESJTI)
1. Open Access Policy
ESJTI is an open-access journal, meaning all published articles are freely available to read, download, and distribute under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright while allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.
2. Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Review: Submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review (identities of authors and reviewers are concealed).

Review Timeline: Typically completed within 4–6 weeks of submission.

Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, manuscripts may be:
Accepted (with/without minor revisions)
Revisions Required (resubmission requested)
Rejected (if deemed unsuitable)
3. Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement
ESJTI adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Key policies include:
Authorship & Originality

Submissions must be original and not plagiarized (checked via Turnitin/iThenticate).

All authors must have significantly contributed to the research.

Ghost, gift, or honorary authorship is prohibited.
Plagiarism & Duplicate Submission

Plagiarism > 20% (excluding references) leads to rejection.

Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is unacceptable.
Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial/personal conflicts.

Reviewers must decline if a conflict exists.
Misconduct & Retractions

Fraudulent data, falsification, or unethical research leads to retraction with a public notice.
4. Copyright & Licensing

Authors grant ESJTI first publication rights.

Articles are licensed under CC BY 4.0, permitting reuse with citation.

Authors may self-archive post-print versions (e.g., on ResearchGate, Academia.edu).
5. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

ESJTI may charge a nominal APC (if applicable) after acceptance to cover publishing costs.

Waivers are considered for authors from low-income countries (case-by-case basis).
6. Archiving & Indexing

ESJTI ensures long-term digital preservation via PKP PN, LOCKSS, or Portico.

Indexed in Google Scholar and other databases.
7. Complaints & Appeals

Authors may appeal rejections by emailing ejhssd.editor@gmail.com with a detailed rebuttal.

Editorial decisions are final unless new evidence is provided.
8. Corrections & Retractions

Minor errors: Corrigendum (author-initiated).

Major flaws/ethical violations: Retraction (journal-initiated with explanation).
9. Data Sharing & Reproducibility

Authors are encouraged to share datasets in public repositories (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare).

Replication studies are welcomed.
10. AI Policy

AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) must be declared and used ethically (no fabricated data/text).

AI cannot be listed as an author.
