The study aimed to investigate the role of digital leadership in achieving organizational excellence in commercial banks operating in Blue Nile Region. The study problem was represented in the main question: what is the role of digital leadership in achieving organizational excellence? The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The study achieved several results, including: The results showed that digital leadership has appositive impact on organizational excellence in banks and technology plays an important role in applying digital leadership and achieving organizational excellence. The results also showed that a culture of innovation and continuous improvement plays an important role in enhancing the application of digital leadership, and the importance of training and development necessary for employees enhances the application of digital leadership. The study recommended several recommendations, including: The need to enhance the application of digital leadership in banks, paying attention to developing the technological infrastructure of banks to enhance the application of digital leadership , the need to pay attention to providing the necessary training and development for employees in the field of digital leadership, and paying attention to developing a clear and coherent digital strategy for commercial banks.
