The impact of administrative leadership on achieving job satisfaction: An application to the medical services sector in North Kordofan State, Al-Abyad (Sudan)

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative leadership on job satisfaction, specifically within the medical services sector in North Kordofan State, El Obeid (Sudan). The central research question was: Does administrative leadership influence job satisfaction in the medical services sector in North Kordofan State, El Obeid? The main hypothesis was: There is a significant relationship between administrative leadership and job satisfaction. The descriptive-analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was designed to collect data. The validity rate of the questionnaires was 92.00%. The most important finding of the study was: There is a significant positive relationship between administrative leadership and job satisfaction. The most important recommendation of the study is the necessity of establishing a system of material and moral incentives and rewards, as this will positively impact all employees, whether medical staff, employees, or workers.
