The Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Enhancing the Dimensions of Strategic Agility: A Case Study of YOU Mobile Telecommunications Company / Yemen
Abstract
This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on enhancing strategic flexibility, using YOU Company a mobile telecommunications firm in Yemen—as a case study. A structured questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool, and responses from( 54) out of (62 )targeted leaders were analyzed using SPSS. The findings indicate that while the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership were present at a moderate level, strategic flexibility was perceived to be highly available. Importantly, the results reveal a statistically significant and positive relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and strategic flexibility. The study recommends that the company capitalize on this relationship as a pathway for organizational transformation, strengthening its resilience to environmental changes and reinforcing its capacity to achieve sustainable competitive advantage
